Control Description

Overview

Controlled devices:

• Two Radio Thermostats with remove WiFi access and data logging
• One EasyIO solar controller for the primary solar pump and secondary furnace heating coil pump.

Operating sequence:

• On a call for heat the furnace heating coil pump runs to circulate tank warm water as a first stage of heating. The fan starts automatically.
• When space temperature cannot be satisfied the heat pump compressor runs to provide heat through the furnace DX coil.
• If space temperature continues to drop the furnace electric coils energize as necessary.

• Primary solar system pump operation EasyIO FG-20 unit with tank / water sensors.
• Pumps:
  • Main solar circulating pump
  • Furnace circulating pump
• Two Furnace / heat pump Radio Thermostats

EasyIO Programming:

• EasyIO CPT wire drawing software
